From the opening keynote to the closing sessions, the summit delivered nonstop insight. Attendees dove deep into cutting-edge topics, and one of the biggest conversations across the entire event was the role of AI in shaping the future of development. Sessions like The Ben & Ryan Show Live Podcast and Michael Hayes’ talk on real-time cyber defense with ColdFusion + OpenAI explored how artificial intelligence is changing the way we code, secure systems, and even reimagine ColdFusion’s place in modern development. It was inspiring to see so much curiosity and forward thinking from the community.

Day 2 carried the momentum forward with technical deep-dives like Dakota Clum’s masterclass on JVM tuning and ColdFusion server performance. These sessions reminded us that ColdFusion isn’t just a platform with history; it’s a tool that continues to evolve and power mission-critical applications today.

Connections That Make the Community Strong

Of course, it wasn’t all just learning; this summit was also about connecting. The networking party was buzzing with energy, and it was wonderful to celebrate ColdFusion’s 30-year journey with old friends and new colleagues alike.

At the WRIS booth, we had a blast meeting so many of you. From spinning the prize wheel to collecting our exclusive ColdFusion-themed stickers, magnets, and enamel pins, we loved how everyone laughed at "I scoped my variables today!" Those small giveaways sparked big conversations about modernization, the ATOM, and what’s next for ColdFusion.
